Shipping Policy

We try our hardest to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible which is typically 1-5 business days. During busy season delays may occur.

Due to the pandemic and the Holiday season the US Postal Service and other couriers have increased their commercial shipping rates. We have tried keep our rates as low as possible but have had to make some adjustments to our shipping rates to accommodate these increases. We currently offer:

Free shipping on orders $150 and over within the contiguous U.S.

Free shipping exclusions apply to Alaska and Hawaii and other other US locations outside of contiguous US.

For orders under $150: Shipping will be based on weight and distance traveling of products purchased.

International shipping:

At this time we only offer shipping within the US. If you would like to place an international order please email us at info@littlehazelou.com for a quote.

Applies to all countries:

Insurance can be added to any order upon request. Please send an email to let us know the amount you would like to insure the package for and we will send over a separate invoice for the additional cost of adding insurance. This will need to be paid before shipping your items. 

Please note:
Transit times are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier's volume during peak seasons. Little Hazelou is not responsible for any missing, stolen, or lost packages and it is the customers responsibility to file any necessary claims for such occurrences via the shipping provider used. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.

Cancellation Policy
Due to Shopify's updated policy on non refundable fees there is a 10% restocking fee for any cancellations once an order has been placed. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.
