We accept returns on: eligible items that are new, unworn, unused, and still have original tags attached can be returned for a store credit within 7 days from the date the product was delivered to you. A store credit will be processed once the items are received and condition is inspected. Return Shipping costs is the customers responsibility and the customer will need to purchase a label of send the items back. Please notify us before shipping an item back to confirm that the item is eligible and to alert us. All returned packages must be insured and have tracking as we are not responsible and will not process a return for items that are lost in transit or not received back to us.
We do not accept returns on: gift cards, mystery boxes, all toys, used or washed items, items marked final sale, items with tags removed, Garbo & Friends products, sale, promotion or clearance items. Items damaged by customer and any items that present sanitary issues including hats, swimwear, socks, tights and underwear for hygiene reasons. Once your return item is received we will inspect the item and refund the amount paid (minus original shipping costs). Refund processing may take up to 10 days to be processed.
Inspect your items upon receipt as we are not able to return items once they have been used, washed, worn, played with or outside of our return window.
Cancellation Policy
Due to Shopify's updated policy on non refundable fees there is a 10% restocking fee for any cancellations once an order has been placed. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.
