Holztiger makes beautiful heirloom quality wooden toys that are often used in Waldorf & Montessori education. These wooden animals are individually handcrafted from solid maple or beech wood, hand painted with non-toxic paint and sealed with a non-toxic water lacquer; allowing them to be safely chewed on and easily wiped clean. The animals are reduced to their basic shapes in order to stimulate your child’s imagination and allow for open-ended play.
